White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Bars Recipe

Instructions

  1. Sift together coconut flour and protein powder
  2. In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil
  3. Add peanut butter and sweetener to melted coconut oil
  4. Mix until combined
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  6. Mix well***
  7. Line a dish of choice with parchment paper
  8. Evenly spread mixture into pan
  9. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint and lightly press into top of bars
  10. Place in refrigerator to set
  11. Remove and cut into desired size pieces
  12. Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!

***The mixture may seem dry at first. Continue to mix. If it is too crumbly, add ½ tbs of milk to the batter at a time until a dough like consistency is reached
