Mix together ground turkey breast and 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Heat grill to medium

Place burgers on hot grill

Grill for about 7-9 minutes, depending on desired temperature

Flip and cook an additional 7-9 minutes

While burgers are cooking on the second side, place pineapple rings on the grill and cook 2 minutes.

Flip pineapple and grill an additional 2 minutes

Layer roll with lettuce, half pound turkey burger, additional 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce per burger and grilled pineapple

*This recipe would also work well with ground beef or your favorite vegetarian protein source
*This recipe can be made low carb by using a large lettuce leaf in place of the roll, reducing the overall carb macros by around 40g, depending on the brand of roll
