Low-Fat, High-Protein Vegetarian BBQ Cobb Salad Recipe

Instructions

  1. Cook TVP according to package directions.
  2. Mix TVP with BBQ sauce.
  3. Add lettuce and veggies to salad bowl.
  4. Top with TVP/BBQ.
  5. Top with salad dressing of choice or additional BBQ sauce.
  6. Serve with a side of Quest High Protein BBQ Chips for an extra dose of protein!
