Protein Packed Grilled Steak Burrito Recipe

Instructions

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper
  2. Grill steak until desired doneness
  3. Cook brown rice according to package directions
  4. When rice is done, add in pico de gallo and black beans
  5. Layer bean and rice mixture down center of tortilla
  6. Top with sliced steak
  7. Finish off with a dollop of greek yogurt and cheese/avocado, if desired
  8. Roll up and enjoy!
