Protein Packed Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe

Instructions

  • Mix together greek yogurt and protein powder (and sweetener, if using)
  • Break graham crackers in half
  • Spread greek yogurt mixture evenly between 6 half sheets
  • Top with other half of graham cracker
  • Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours
  • Enjoy on a hot, sunny day!
