High Protein Sriracha Chicken Cheese Fries Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Coat oven safe pan with non stick spray
  3. Add potato slices/fries to pan
  4. Bake for ~20 minutes
  5. While potatoes are baking, boil chicken until cooked thorugh
  6. Shred cooked chicken
  7. Toss chicken with sriracha sauce
  8. Remove fries from oven
  9. Top with shredded chicken and cheese
  10. Place back in about about 6-7 minutes
  11. Remove and top with chives, if desired

Notes:

*can sub with a frozen French fry, but please be aware of nutrition content as these contain higher fat
**bbq sauce would also work well here
