Instructions

Place fruit into separate bowls and microwave each for 90 seconds.

Add in ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. honey and half a scoop of protein into each bowl and stir.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and layer the mixture on.

Top with shredded coconut and cover with cling film. Add stick if desired.

Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy immediately or store in freezer.
