High Protein Cheesy Meatball Sub Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix together all meatball ingredients
  3. Shape into desired size meatballs
  4. Bake on lined baking sheet for ~13 minutes or until juices run clear
  5. Spread ¼ pasta sauce on bottom of sub roll and other half on top
  6. Place meatballs in roll
  7. Top with cheese
  8. Place back in oven to melt cheese, or eat as is!

Notes:

*Can sub all ground turkey for a lower fat/higher protein sub
