Healthy High Protein Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken breast, onion, garlic, egg, oats, ¼ cup pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
  3. Mix until combined
  4. Shape mixture into a loaf shape and place on line baking sheet
  5. Bake for ~45 minutes
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Top with remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese
  8. Put back in oven until cheese is melted
  9. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and then serve
