Triple Chocolate Chip Deep Dish Protein Cookie Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl.
  3. Using an electric mixer, mix well.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into an 8 in oven safe skillet (cast iron skillets work best here).
  6. Bake for ~20 minutes or until top is golden.
  7. Allow to sit on your counter for 5-10 minutes to finish cooking.
  8. Top with ice cream and additional chocolate peanut butter, if desired.
