Crunchy Protein Treats Made With Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Mix together honey, peanut butter and protein powder
  2. Gently mix in cereal. (This will require you to use those arms and mix! It will come together, I promise!)
  3. Line an 8x8in baking pan with parchment paper
  4. Press cereal into pan, evenly
  5. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set
  6. Cut into squares
  7. Drizzle with chocolate peanut butter, if desired
  8. Store in a sealed container for up to 5 days

* you can use your favorite flavor of protein powder
