Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bark Recipe

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate peanut butter to a blender
  2. Mix well
  3. Line a pan or baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Spread yogurt mixture to about ½ in thick on the sheet
  5. Drizzle peanut butter on top
  6. Swirl peanut butter into yogurt
  7. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight
  8. Break into pieces

Notes:

*Do not replace with fat free milk or carton coconut milk. This will result in an icy bark. The fat in the coconut milk will keep it creamy
