Instructions

1. Saute meat in a pan
2. Once cooked mix in taco seasoning
3. Place tortilla chips on plate
4. Top with seasoned ground beef, cheese, tomato and avocado or black beans
5. Finish off with a big dollop of greek yogurt
6. Top with herbs, if desired

Notes:
*Can sub with fresh salsa, if desired
**To reduce fat and increase carbs and protein, top with black beans instead of avocado
