Baked Apple Cider Pronuts (Protein Donuts) Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees
  2. Spray a donut pan with non stick spray
  3. Whisk together dry ingredients: protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, xylitol, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder
  4. Melt 1 tbs butter and combine with eggs, apple cider and apple sauce
  5. Mix together wet and dry ingredients
  6. Evenly divide batter between 6 donut molds
  7. Bake for ~12 minutes or until slightly golden
  8. *Optional:
  9. Melt 2 tbs butter
  10. Dip donut into melted butter
  11. Coat with additional sweetener

Notes:
*Can substitute with favorite cinnamon protein powder OR vanilla protein powder with additional 1 tsp ground cinnamon
