Preheat oven to 330 degrees

Spray a donut pan with non stick spray

Whisk together dry ingredients: protein powder, oat flour, coconut flour, xylitol, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder

Melt 1 tbs butter and combine with eggs, apple cider and apple sauce

Mix together wet and dry ingredients

Evenly divide batter between 6 donut molds

Bake for ~12 minutes or until slightly golden

Melt 2 tbs butter

Dip donut into melted butter

Coat with additional sweetener
Notes:
*Can substitute with favorite cinnamon protein powder OR vanilla protein powder with additional 1 tsp ground cinnamon
