Twisting Lying Cable Crunch Video Exercise Guide
  1. Attach a rope handle to a low pulley on a cable machine. Lie flat on your back on the floor or a bench.
  2. Grab the rope and hold it with both hands, bringing it to the sides of your head.
  3. Kneel on the floor, and pull the rope slightly to create tension. Keep your feet flat and knees bent at 90 degrees. This is the starting position.
  4. Brace your abs, and pull your torso down, bringing the opposite elbow to the opposite knee, by crunching your body forward.
  5. Focus on using your core muscles to bend forward, keeping your elbows fixed.
  6. Pause, then slowly release the tension and return to the starting position.
  7. Repeat on the opposite side. This is one rep.
  8. Perform the desired number of reps while maintaining control and focusing on your abs.
