Twisting Crunch Video Exercise Guide
  1. Lie flat on your back on an exercise mat.
  2. Bend one leg so that the knee forms a 90-degree angle.
  3. Cross the opposite ankle over the bent knee.
  4. Place your fingertips lightly on the sides of your head, and lift your shoulder blades slightly off the mat to engage your core.
  5. Perform a crunch by twisting your torso, bringing the opposite elbow toward the raised knee.
  6. Lower yourself back down slowly, stopping just before your shoulder blades touch the mat.
  7. Complete the desired number of reps, then switch sides and repeat the movement.
