Twisting Crunch Video Exercise Guide
- Lie flat on your back on an exercise mat.
- Bend one leg so that the knee forms a 90-degree angle.
- Cross the opposite ankle over the bent knee.
- Place your fingertips lightly on the sides of your head, and lift your shoulder blades slightly off the mat to engage your core.
- Perform a crunch by twisting your torso, bringing the opposite elbow toward the raised knee.
- Lower yourself back down slowly, stopping just before your shoulder blades touch the mat.
- Complete the desired number of reps, then switch sides and repeat the movement.
