Decline Bench Sit Up With Twist Video Exercise Guide
  1. Position yourself on a decline bench, securing your feet under the foot pads. 
  2. Lie back on the bench and cross your arms over your chest or place them behind your head for support.
  3. Exhale and squeeze your abs as you curl your upper body off the bench and rotate to one side. 
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower your upper body back to the starting position. 
  5. Repeat the movement on the opposite side. This is one rep.
  6. Perform the desired number of reps, maintaining proper form and control.
