Three Bench Dip Video Exercise Guide
- Set up for the three bench dip by getting two flat benches and placing them parallel to one another. The distance between the benches should be slightly wider than your shoulder width.
- Grab the third bench and place it at a right angle to the other benches. The gap between these benches should be about the length of your legs.
- Put one hand on each of the parallel benches with your palms facing away from you, and then put your heels on the other bench.
- Push up until your arms are straight. This is the starting position for the exercise.
- Slowly lower your body down until your elbow is at the same height as your shoulder.
- Push back up to the starting position without locking your elbows out.
- Repeat for desired reps.
