Tate Press Video Exercise Guide
  1. Lie down on a flat bench holding two dumbbells above your chest, arms fully extended. This is the starting position.
  2. Slowly lower the dumbbells by bending at your elbows. The weights should come down beside your chest and your elbows should be pointed outward.
  3. Stop when the dumbbells are just above your chest and your elbows are fully bent.
  4. Extend your elbows to press the dumbbells back up to the starting position. This is one rep.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
