Exercise Ball Wall Squat Video Exercise Guide
- Position an exercise ball between the center of your back and a wall.
- Adjust your feet to about shoulder-width apart and a few inches away. This is the starting position.
- Slowly slide your back down the wall, bending your knees until they are at about 90 degrees.
- Stay in the squat position, keeping your thighs parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels and slowly slide back up to the starting position. This is one rep.
- Perform the desired reps, focusing on form and controlled movement.
