Exercise Ball Preacher Curl Video Exercise Guide
  1. Load the desired weight on the barbell and kneel in front of an exercise ball.
  2. Grasp the barbell with a supinated grip (palms facing up.) Your chest should be on one side of the ball and your upper arms on the other.
  3. Extend your arms until your biceps are fully lengthened. This is the starting position.
  4. Take a deep breath and curl the weight by bending at the elbows until the bar is at shoulder height. 
  5. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement and slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
