Smith Machine Seated Wrist Curl Video Exercise Guide
- Sit on a bench in front of a Smith Machine, set the bar at a comfortable height, and load the appropriate weight.
- Hold the bar with an overhand grip (palms down), hands shoulder-width apart.
- Rest your forearms on your thighs, letting your wrists hang off the edge.
- Curl your wrists upward, exhaling as you lift the bar.
- Pause and squeeze your forearms at the top.
- Slowly lower the bar back down, inhaling as you descend. This is one rep.
- Perform the desired reps, focusing on wrist control.
