Seated Knee Tucks Video Exercise Guide
  1. Sit on the edge of a sturdy chair or bench with your hands resting beside you for support.
  2. Raise your legs so your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle, with your feet off the ground. This is the starting position.
  3. Bring your knees toward your chest, squeezing your abs to tuck them in.
  4. Slowly extend your legs back out to the starting position, keeping them off the ground. This is one rep.
  5. Do the desired number of reps, maintaining control and keeping your core engaged.
