Alternating Seated Dumbbell Side Bends Video Exercise Guide
  1. Grab a set of dumbbells and sit down on the end of a flat bench with one dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in and hanging by your side.
  2. Keep your feet firmly on the floor with a shoulder-width stance.
  3. Keeping your back straight and your eyes facing forward, use your core to bend down as far as you can on one side, then back up again.
  4. Without pausing at the top, bend down to alternate side.
  5. Repeat for desired reps.
