Reverse One-Arm Cable Curl Video Exercise Guide
  1. Attach a single-grip handle to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine and grab the handle with one hand using an overhand grip (palm facing down).
  3. Keep your torso still and your elbow tucked close to your side.
  4. Slowly curl the handle upward as far as you can, focusing on squeezing your bicep.
  5. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  6. Lower the handle back down with control to the starting position.
  7. Complete the desired number of reps, then switch arms and repeat.
