Reverse One-Arm Cable Curl Video Exercise Guide
- Attach a single-grip handle to the low pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand facing the machine and grab the handle with one hand using an overhand grip (palm facing down).
- Keep your torso still and your elbow tucked close to your side.
- Slowly curl the handle upward as far as you can, focusing on squeezing your bicep.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Lower the handle back down with control to the starting position.
- Complete the desired number of reps, then switch arms and repeat.
