Lying High Pulley Cable Curl Video Exercise Guide

- Set up a flat bench in front of a cable machine. Attach a straight bar to the high pulley and select your desired weight.
- Sit on the bench facing away from the machine. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up).
- Lie back so that your head is positioned near the cable machine.
- With your upper arms stationary, curl the bar toward the top of your head in a controlled motion.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
