Lying High Pulley Cable Curl Video Exercise Guide

  2. Set up a flat bench in front of a cable machine. Attach a straight bar to the high pulley and select your desired weight.
  3. Sit on the bench facing away from the machine. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up).
  4. Lie back so that your head is positioned near the cable machine.
  5. With your upper arms stationary, curl the bar toward the top of your head in a controlled motion.
  6. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
