Lying Leg Raise (On Bench) Video Exercise Guide
  1. Lie flat on a bench, facing up, with your legs extended and hands gripping the bench near your head for support.
  2. Engage your core and keep your lower back pressed gently into the bench.
  3. Lift your legs together, keeping them straight, until they form a 90-degree angle with your torso.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower your legs back down with control, stopping just before they touch the bench.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps, keeping tension in your core throughout.
