Lying Leg Raise (On Bench) Video Exercise Guide
- Lie flat on a bench, facing up, with your legs extended and hands gripping the bench near your head for support.
- Engage your core and keep your lower back pressed gently into the bench.
- Lift your legs together, keeping them straight, until they form a 90-degree angle with your torso.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower your legs back down with control, stopping just before they touch the bench.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, keeping tension in your core throughout.
