Lying Alternating Knee Raise Video Exercise Guide
- Lay on the floor with your hands down by your sides, palms on the floor.
- With your legs straight and knees together, lift your heels about 6 inches off the floor. This is the starting position for the exercise.
- Bring one knee as far up as possible while keeping your other leg stationary. Pause, then extend the working leg back to the starting position.
- Repeat this movement with your alternate leg. One knee raise on each leg equals one rep.
- Repeat movement for desired reps.
