Hammer Bar Preacher Curl Video Exercise Guide
  1. Adjust the seat on the preacher bench so that your upper arms sit comfortably on the padding when seated.
  2. Load the desired weight onto a Hammer Bar and sit on a preacher bench.
  3. Grab the bar with a neutral grip, with your hands around shoulder-width apart. Hold the bar in front of you supporting it with your arms slightly bent. This is the starting position.
  4. Slowly curl the bar up as far as possible.
  5. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the exercise, and then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position keeping tension on your biceps at all times.
  6. Repeat for desired reps.
