Hammer Bar Preacher Curl Video Exercise Guide
- Adjust the seat on the preacher bench so that your upper arms sit comfortably on the padding when seated.
- Load the desired weight onto a Hammer Bar and sit on a preacher bench.
- Grab the bar with a neutral grip, with your hands around shoulder-width apart. Hold the bar in front of you supporting it with your arms slightly bent. This is the starting position.
- Slowly curl the bar up as far as possible.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top of the exercise, and then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position keeping tension on your biceps at all times.
- Repeat for desired reps.
