Decline Weighted Twist Video Exercise Guide
- Set up on a decline bench with your feet secured.
- Hold a weight (like a dumbbell or plate) with both hands in front of you.
- Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight.
- Twist your torso to one side, bringing the weight beside your hip.
- Return to center and twist to the other side. This is one rep.
- Perform desired reps.
