Decline Weighted Twist Video Exercise Guide
  1. Set up on a decline bench with your feet secured.
  2. Hold a weight (like a dumbbell or plate) with both hands in front of you.
  3. Lean back slightly, keeping your back straight.
  4. Twist your torso to one side, bringing the weight beside your hip.
  5. Return to center and twist to the other side. This is one rep.
  6. Perform desired reps.
